A Unique Solution for Recycling PET Bottles
A PET bottle recycling plant takes dirty bottles and transforms them into clean PET flakes. This is an export commodity which can be sold and used for many creative applications. And the flakes can be further processed and reutilized with high commercial value.
SYSTEM REDOMA® offers a unique PET bottle recycling system that stands out for its cost efficiency, flexible design and user-friendly operation. It is available in 3 sizes: PET 300, PET 700 and PET 1300. The standard plants produce clean flakes intended mainly for reuse in sheeting, strapping, moulded parts, etc.
The plants can also be upgraded with a highly efficient friction washer for obtaining flakes with very high purity required for food contact applications (bottle to bottle process). And if you want to produce flakes of lower quality intended only for producing fibres, we also have simplified, lower-cost plants for this purpose.
We offer a wide range of PET bottle washing lines in terms of capacity and purity of the flakes.
